Emil Lybekk secured first place at the 2025 DØDS World Tour Swamp Comp, scoring 6.96 points in challenging conditions to take the win ahead of Côme Girardot and Ravn Kamfjord.
The swamp-style stop on the tour, known for its unorthodox setup and slippery platform, tested the athletes’ balance and commitment. Lybekk delivered under pressure with a clean and confident final dive that prioritized style and difficulty, earning him the highest score of the day.
France’s Côme Girardot followed in second with 6.82 points, continuing a strong season and solidifying his place as one of the top contenders on tour. Ravn Kamfjord placed third with 6.70, maintaining Norway’s presence on the podium at another Døds World Tour event.
The results show a slight drop in overall scores compared to traditional tower events, reflecting the unique challenges posed by the Swamp Comp. Still, the level of performance remained high, and the battle for the 2025 overall title continues to tighten.
