The 2025 Jackalope Festival in Missisauga delivered standout performances across all skateboarding disciplines, with Canadian favorite Micky Papa taking a commanding win in Men’s Street. Papa posted a score of 282.80, edging out American Jake Ilardi (277.31) and Slovakian veteran Richard Tury (274.43) in a tightly contested final.
In Women’s Street, Germany’s Valentina Krauel took the win with 238.85 points, continuing her rise on the international scene. American Kylie Frank claimed second with 225.69, while Secret Lynn rounded out the podium with 194.95.
The Vert ramp saw another dominant showing from JD Sanchez, whose 98.04 earned him the Men’s Vert title ahead of Egoitz Bijueska (93.86) and Brazil’s Pietro Nunes (93.70). Sanchez’s consistency and amplitude proved untouchable in the final runs.
In Women’s Vert, Japan’s Mizuho Hasegawa once again asserted her technical edge, taking the win with 97.48. Fellow Japanese rider Nina Ye followed with 94.38, and Shuka Kawai secured third with 88.09 in a strong showing for Team Japan.
