The 2025 Euro Cup at Corvatsch Park in Silvaplana, Switzerland, once again delivered a spectacular showcase of freestyle snowboarding and freeskiing talent. The event featured competitions in Halfpipe, Slopestyle, and Big Air, attracting top international riders.
In the Halfpipe competition, New Zealand’s Campbell Melville Ives took the win in the men's snowboard field, ahead of Germany’s Christoph Lechner and Korea’s Jio Lee. On the women's snowboard side, China’s Yizhu Zhou topped the podium with local riders Lura Wick and Soha Janett from Switzerland finishing second and third respectively.
The snowboard Slopestyle contest saw Japan’s Yuto Kimura claim victory in the men's event, ahead of USA’s Jake Canter and fellow Japanese rider Yuto Miyamura. The women's competition was dominated by Melissa Peperkamp from the Netherlands, taking the win over Japan’s Momo Suzuki and China’s Xiaonan Zhang.
Big Air finals wrapped up the snowboard events with New Zealand’s Rocco Jamieson taking gold in the men's field, followed by Kira Kimura from Japan and Canada’s Mark McMorris. Melissa Peperkamp secured her second win of the weekend in the women's Big Air, with Momo Suzuki once again finishing second and Great Britain’s Emily Rothney rounding out the podium.
In the freeski Halfpipe, Bennett Balogh of the USA led the men's competition, followed by New Zealand's Cooper Breen and Alexander Swedenborg from the USA. Mischa Thomas from New Zealand topped the women's field, with Japan's Nanaho Kiriyama and Switzerland's Naemi Stump completing the podium.
The freeski Slopestyle saw a Swiss one-two finish in the men's event, with Fadri Rhyner taking gold and Nils Rhyner securing silver, while New Zealand's Luke Harrold claimed bronze. Italy's Maria Gasslitter won the women's competition, ahead of Japan's Kiho Sugawara and Switzerland's Nour El Khazen.
In the freeski Big Air, France's Kaditane Gomis emerged victorious in the men's event, with Norway's Frank Wahlström and Japan's Rai Kasamura taking second and third respectively. Japan's Kiho Sugawara clinched the women's title, followed by Italy's Maria Gasslitter and Switzerland's Nour El Khazen.
